Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for PIMACON. We are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for all our attendees. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By registering for the event, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Standard Registration Refunds: Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee if your cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the event start date.
Partial Refund: Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Late or On-Site Registration: For those who register within 14 days of the event or on the event day, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. Special Circumstances:
In the event that the conference is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to all registered participants.
If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen personal circumstances, we encourage you to contact us for potential options.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email our support team with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact us at least 5 days prior to the event. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note, additional services such as event merchandise, optional workshops, or pre-conference activities are non-refundable once purchased.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the conference organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event, and all refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
